Quality Fair brings Almedalen to Gothenburg

November sees the return of the Quality Fair, Europe’s biggest public sector conference and trade fair, to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.

“We have considerably more visitors from Greater Stockholm than Greater Gothenburg. Generally speaking, we’re better known in the rest of Sweden than in Gothenburg, despite bringing together the elite among politicians, public sector employees and opinion formers in key social issues. The Quality Fair is like an Almedalen Week in Gothenburg,” said Henrik Edman, operational manager for the Quality Fair.

The biennial fair is expected to attract around 170 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors, of whom 4,700 will take part in the extensive, internationally oriented conference and seminar programme.

“Our strength lies in our unique diversity. The fair features everything of interest to those working in the public sector. As well as finding out about the latest in each operational area, you can network and share experiences, expand your knowledge and discuss key issues,” said Edman.

The Quality Fair takes place from 19-21 November.
