Rotterdam Wins Bid for the International Site Global Conference

Rotterdam has won the bid for the international Site Global Conference in 2014. Incentive travel organisers from around the world will come to Rotterdam for this multi-day conference. This is the first time the event will be held in The Netherlands. The conference will take place at the Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre and the adjacent Mainport Hotel.

Site is a worldwide network comprising 2,000 professionals from 90 countries who specialise in organising incentive travel. Relevant and current developments within the industry are discussed at the annual Site Global Conference. The conference in Rotterdam will take place from 14-17 November 2014 and is expected to attract more than 400 visitors. They will also become acquainted with Rotterdam and other Dutch cities during the Site Global Conference.

In related news, Rotterdam Marketing has also again been voted into the top six best overseas convention bureau by readers of the British Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine. The other nominees for this prestigious M&IT Industry Award are the congress offices in Hong Kong, Vienna, Malta, Monaco and fellow Dutch city The Hague. The winners will be revealed at the gala presentation dinner on Tuesday 19th March at the Battersea Evolution venue in London.
