Strategic Agreement Between ICS and KongresKompagniet

International Conference Services (ICS), Copenhagen has signed a strategic agreement with KongresKompagniet. KongresKompagniet is the largest Danish congress organiser outside Copenhagen and is located in Aarhus. ICS has bought 10% of the shares in KongresKompagniet.

ICS commented in a release: "...this agreement will strengthen both companies, cementing their regional leadership. This will also enhance the development of products, staff and IT, thus increasing the benefits for all our clients."

Kongreskompagniet was established in 2002, and has 6 employees while ICS has 20 employees and has recently celebrated it's 25 year anniversary.

The management and staff of both companies will remain unchanged. Per Ankaer, Managing Director of ICS said: "It is a great agreement for both companies and all our clients; already staff and management can see clear benefits with this agreement."
