Conventa Celebrates its 5th Year

From the outset Conventa has been successfully working on gaining the attention of key meeting industry players; turning their focus to the region of South East Europe. In 2013 this professional meeting industry gathering, offering meeting professionals a chance to meet, network, negotiate and conduct business, will celebrate its 5th anniversary.

“Conventa in it's fifth edition is a big achievement for the region of South East Europe. It has made the Europe aware of the potential of the region for the meetings industry. We are confident that SE Europe is an attractive destination for meetings and incentives with a great potential,” said Miha Kovačič, Director of Slovenian Convention Bureau and organiser of Conventa.

From 16 to 17 January 2013, Conventa will bring together over 120 meeting industry providers from South East Europe and more than 240 carefully selected hosted buyers from all over Europe. Exhibitors and hosted buyers, meeting up in Ljubljana, will be able to enjoy a range of services enabling them to focus on building a network of potential partners in a business friendly environment.

Following the most successful form of selling and building personal relationships with meeting industry clients, the focus of Conventa trade show will stay on prescheduled one-to-one business appointments between hosted buyers and exhibitors; whereas hosted buyers attend a minimum of ten one-to-one appointments per day.
