The winner of the prestigious Swedish ‘Chef of Chefs’ award for 2012 was announced today by the Restaurangvärlden magazine. This year’s “Chef of Chefs” award, voted on by Sweden’s internationally renowned corps of elite chefs, went to Mathias Dahlgren. This is the eighth time in the twenty year history of the award that it goes to star chef and founder of the Mathias Dahlgren Dining Room and Food Bar restaurants.
"The Chef of Chefs award is a special and highly esteemed accolade in many ways. For me personally, it is extra special as the title is voted on by my distinguished and knowledgeable chef colleagues across Sweden," said Dahlgren.
