Park Inn Copenhagen Airport Celebrates Makeover

Within easy reach of the beach, the metro, the airport, and downtown Copenhagen – Park Inn Copenhagen Airport celebrated its re-opening after a big expansion featuring several new rooms in inspiring colours and design.

The hotel is one minute from Amager Beach Park and the Metro, five minutes from the airport and ten minutes from downtown Copenhagen.  Last week it opened its doors to a hotel which has undergone significant changes. The two new colourful floors of the hotel accommodate 102 rooms in Scandinavian design, all decorated in one of the colours of the Park Inn brand; purple, orange, blue or green.

“Park Inn Copenhagen Airport has always had an ideal location. Now we are very pleased to offer a new, enchanting design as well, reflecting everything Park Inn stands for; lively colors, accommodating design and a homely feeling. Our skilled staff has been instrumental in making the expansion a success,” said Wicki Larsen, Director, Park Inn Copenhagen Airport.

The colour palette of the Park Inn brand welcomes guests as soon as they enter the lobby and the reception. Couches and chairs in warm purple and orange on striped carpets provide an inviting and vibrant first impression. The colors reappear throughout the hotel and the rooms, which are also richly decorated with wall photos from the local area. Additionally, some rooms come with an ocean view. Among the new rooms are new Business Class rooms.

Conference participants and business travelers will particularly enjoy the three new conference rooms, which can be altered to one, as well as a new meeting room. All guests have access to the familiar Park Inn service, including free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV in all rooms, and the hotel’s fitness center and pool.
