Association Congress 2011 & Association Leadership Summit

Europe's leading association conference, the Association Congress venue and dates are announced, along with developments in the fast-growing must-attend event. The fifth Association Congress dates are announced today as: Monday 18 & Tuesday 19 July 2011, with the Association Leadership Summit on the first day. The venue is the Business Design Centre (BDC), Islington, London, UK.

"We are pleased to be partnering with BDC to be bringing an even better congress to delegates, exhibitors and speakers", said Damian Hutt, Congress Director. "The facilities at the Business Design Centre enable us to hold all the sessions and exhibition on the one level, and provide greater capacity for workshops, parallel sessions and lunches".

Developments for 2011 include:

• A third parallel track addressing the topic of technology over the two days, complemented by increased number of technology suppliers exhibiting.

• Hand-held technology devices to enable delegate communication and feedback throughout the event.

• To enhance delegate networking, a dedicated meeting area is being provided for delegates to meet their peers, to complement the facility to arrange meetings online in advance.

• Appointment rooms for private discussions between exhibitors and sponsors.
