The Scandinavian Exhibition Group acquires PCO company

The Scandinavian Exhibition Group continues its expansion and has acquired the majority in one of the leading PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) companies in Scandinavia – Meetagain Conferences. The acquisition means that the Scandinavian Exhibition Group now strengthens its position as a full service provider for exhibition and congress organizers and becomes one of the leading companies in the industry sector in Scandinavia.

“We are very pleased to welcome Meetagain to the Scandinavian Exhibition Group,” says Björn Delin, CEO of the Group. “With a top ranking PCO as part of the Group, we can now offer our conference and exhibition partners a complete range of services.”

With over 25 years of experience and organizing more than 150 events per year, of which about half are international, Meetagain is one of the most experienced and well known PCO companies in Scandinavia. The event size ranges from smaller groups, DMC (Destination Management Company) services, to 15,000 delegates at an international congress.

“We have noticed a clear trend of a growing need by our clients and partners for more services connected to the events we organize,” continues Björn Delin. “It was therefore an important strategic decision to acquire Meetagain Conferences when we had the opportunity. The company will play an important role in our expansion plans.”
