TimeToMeet – the game changer in the Meetings Industry

On the new website timetomeet.se conference clients will be able to search, compare and book conference rooms in real time online.

– Booking travel by air or train and accommodation online is today a commodity, but not conferences or meeting rooms. This will we change with timetomeet.se, says Anders Österlin, CEO at the newly established TimeToMeet. The model will be as easy as the equivalent in the accommodation sector.

– Today we are the only website catering for the special requirements conferences have, where you can in real time book meeting rooms, F&B as well as preferred seating and AV.

The benefits for venues are obvious. They will have a new digital way of sales and at the same time simplify the entire booking process.

– For us it is important to stay tuned in the development of the digitalization. TimeToMeet is a very good complement to our traditional way of making conference sales, says Chris Jolly, Sales Manager at Ligula Hospitality Group.

Online bookings of hotel rooms have been around in over 15 years. The unique and sometimes complex booking process in the meetings industry has restrained the development in this field. The team behind TimeToMeet gathers experience from both the Meetings Industry and from online bookings within accommodation. Henrik Svensson has over 14 years in the industry, ranging from Inspiro, MCI and Kongress.se, and Fredrik Jansson, founder of Hotelspecials.se, with great experience from successful digitalization projects.

– Today we focus on Stockholm and Gothenburg. Bearing in mind the great benefits, the simple business model and Sweden´s strong Meetings Industry, we see a great potential in growth, says Anders Österlin.
